"It's in an amazing location with a view over the harbor and castle. We ate inside though as it was December. The food was solid and not outstanding, which I expected. The service was inattentive given that the place was almost empty."

Located on the top floor of the beautiful Eurostars Hotel Excelsior, the atmosphere is absolutely stunning—elegant, refined, and perfect for a special night out. The views alone are worth the visit, with breathtaking sights of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples creating an unforgettable backdrop. The food was just as impressive. While the menu is on the smaller side, it still offers a nice variety, and everything we tried was exceptional. The pasta, in particular, was nearly perfect. What truly set this place apart, though, was the service. The staff was the best we’ve experienced in Naples—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks to Vincenzo, who went above and beyond to make our afternoon memorable. We’ll absolutely be coming back."

"This was a special night. We ordered the chef’s gastronomical menu after some input (do you have allergies, do you eat fish, etc.) Each course came with a wine accompaniment. Every course was delicious and it was fun to trust the chef to prepare specialties. The view is breathtaking and the service was attentive. This was the first day that we arrived and was nice to stay in the hotel and have a nice meal after so much travel."

"Strolled in here expecting a nice lunch. Left wondering if I’d ever be happy anywhere else again. First off, Antonio deserves his own fan club. The man is so friendly and professional, I’m 90% sure he’s not actually human but some kind of hospitality cyborg sent from the future to make sure everyone has a good time. We were celebrating a birthday and somehow ended up feeling like celebrities, minus the paparazzi and questionable life choices. The view was absolutely ridiculous. You know when you look at a travel brochure and think, “Sure, no way it looks like that”? Well, it does look like that. Sea breeze included, at no extra charge. The food? The drinks? Delicious and didn’t cost the GDP of a small country. You’d think with that view they’d be charging you rent just to sit there, but nope, very reasonable. Turned up at lunch without a booking and still got seated right away. Can’t decide if that was a fluke or if the universe just likes me now."

"Do yourself a favour, go to this restaurant. Ignore any negative reviews because its not based on anything that i saw. And if you are posting negative reviews about this place, you are a clown and you don't have a clue about travelling or enjoying any experience outside your own little world...i.e. Karens (sorry to Karens who aren't entitled muppets). Rooftop restaurant with amazing views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius...tick. Service from Paulo and Vincenzo was great. Super attentive, and they were fun and forgiving of our poor attempts at speaking Italian (we are Australians). Their English was excellent and so was their service...well done boys...tick tick. Food...outstanding. it couldn't be better...tick tick tick. Overall...it is an outstanding place to have a dinner. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than other locations in Napoli, but you aren't eating pizza in a street with views of a Vespa and graffiti on a wall. There aren't many places with these views and quality of food and service. I would highly recommend this to everyone who isn't a Karen...they don't need you clowns."
